COUNSELLING SUPERVISION

I find my own supervision a really invigorating and inspiring process. I have both individual supervision and peer supervision in place for my counselling work. I find it helps me to identify my blind spots, develops my theoretical application, helps me to understand how I feel about my clients and much more. I love facilitating this exploration in my supervision clients.

REFLECTIVE PRACTICE

I also enjoy hosting reflective practice space for people in non-counselling professions who feel they would benefit from the opportunity, with colleagues or on their own, to regularly consider the impact of their work both externally and internally.
